Occupational Health RN

• Provide occupational health services, including wellness education, training, employee health support, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain OSHA-mandated records
• Assist in deciding appropriate work restrictions, return-to-work timing, and referrals to external medical providers
• Create and carry out care plans following standing orders and medical directives
• Assess, evaluate, and treat employee illnesses or injuries and determine next medical steps
• Deliver safety and ergonomics training and manage drug and alcohol testing programs
• Apply clinical knowledge to help plan and implement employee health and wellness initiatives
• Perform additional assigned responsibilities
• Resolve routine issues with direct supervision and escalate more complex matters to the appropriate personnel

Minimum Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Experience in Occ Health, Acute Care, ER, Clinic settings
• BLS Certification
• 1+ years of nursing experience
